✦ The Story

Why this project matters.

Why it matters

India generates 62 MT of waste a year and only ~30% is segregated at source. Fixing that one behaviour unlocks the entire circular economy — cleaner cities, jobs for collectors, and reliable feedstock for recyclers.

Why we built it

Because waste was treated as a cost, not a resource. We built a loop where households earn from segregating, collectors earn from optimised routes, and recyclers earn from quality-graded supply.

Who it's for

Urban households, RWAs, schools, offices, commercial complexes, kabadiwalas, recyclers, and ULBs running Swachh Bharat 2.0 mandates.

The moto

Turn India's waste into wealth — one segregated bin, one optimised route, one circular loop at a time.

The Challenge

India generates 62 million tonnes of waste annually, but segregation at source remains below 30%. Households had no incentive to segregate, collectors lacked route optimization, and recyclers couldn't access quality-graded feedstock. The circular economy was broken at every link.

The Approach

  • 01Built a full circular loop: households → collectors → recyclers → manufacturers
  • 02Gamified earning system — users earn ₹per kg for segregated waste pickup
  • 03Collector route optimization with real-time pickup tracking
  • 04Compliance module aligned with SWM Rules 2016 and Swachh Bharat 2.0
  • 05IoT-based smart bins for commercial and institutional users
